I'm A. Chithambara prabu and im using airtel dish tv for the past 6 years and my customer id is [protected].
Yesterday[protected] i have given complaint in customer care (12150) that my remote control is not working, he has taken the complaint (Complaint no[protected] and assured me that it will be replaced free of cost (Coz it is under warranty) by next day. Two months back only i have opted for the warranty as per the advise by the executive and Rs.99 has been deducted from my TV acct. At that time i was told that this warranty includes HD setup box as well as Remote control . I double confirmed with him that whether remote control will be replaced in case of malfunction of the remote control unit. Only after his confirmation i have given my consent for the warranty.
But today[protected] after remote replacement they have deducted Rs.170/- from my account and saying that it will not cover under warranty.
First thing is that they have given me a false promise by saying that remote control will be replaced free of cost.
Second thing is that they are not supplying quality remote control to me. For the past 4 months 5 times my remote has been replaced. (5*170) Rs.850 collected from me with out my mistake.
calling to the customer care is in vain
I request the refund of the amount (Rs.170) to my account and also request to give quality products to the customers Was this information helpful? |
