[Resolved] Airtel — Removal or Shifting of Junction box | |||
Dear Sir, I wish to bring your notice that there is a Airtel Broadband junction box in front of my house. The junction box was installed without my knowledge. The installation of junction box is such that it is infront of house. Now the junction box is causing a lot inconvenience to me. The public are using the junction box as garbage dump yard. I cannot park my Four wheeler in front of house. It is requested to remove or shift the Airtel Broadband Junction Box at the earliest. Thanking You. I have my office premises at 96/11, 4th Cross Road, 2nd Block, HRBR Layout, Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore-560043, Opposite to Adyar Anand Bhavan Hotel. Next to my office there is a Airtel Junction and because of that all the Rats are coming to my office and destroyed my whole false ceiling and the electrical wires. If I have to get it done it will cost me nearly Rupees Fifty Thousand. The false ceiling person told me that if I again make the new false ceiling then again the rats will come and destroy it. I will request you to kindly send somebody to shift the junction Box as there are lots of options available for your company to shift it nearby. Even I am a Airtel Broadband customer of yours and have four connections in my house of Airtel Broadband. The main thing is that from that Junction Box there are only 2 connections given. So shifting the Box should not be a big problem for your company. I hope you will understand my problem and rectify the issue as there is very nice goodwill of your company in the market, and allow us to run our business smoothly.
