Airtel Customer No.[protected], package Charge Rs. 5918.00 paid cash Recharge amount paid before due date 15.6.2016. But to my surprise no connection is received so far.Instead of connecting and serving the customer, purely businessminded advertisement being sent such as Plan changed to Mega 21 HD, daily charge is Rs 20.70 ie Rs 7555.50 an increase in Rs 1637.50 without our consent or convenience.Very embarrassing to note such a disturbed business approach from Airtel when service is expected. at the earliest.
