Airtel — Renewal of monthly Internet

I have a mobile [protected] with Airtel as service provider. I am on a regular monthly internet package of Rs.98 for 21 days. I was on roaming from 29th aug to 4thSept. I think my renewal came up on 2nd sep. But I was unaware that Airtel had not renewed it. I was under the impression that i was on Rs.98...21 day package...bit recharged for DRs.300 on 2nd and recharged on 3rd for Rs.300 and only on recharging on 4th ...on contacting Airtel I was told that all these money had gone down the drain because Airtel had not renewed my Rs.98 package for 21 days. BUT on 4th sep...they send me an SMS that my package is over and asking me to recharge for my Internet package. This is sheer negligence and very poor and indifferent customer service and therefore I want Airtel to pay me or recharge for the Rs.600..I have lost...
