Airtel — Replacement of defective sim | |||
My postpaid mobile sim stopped working last Monday morning. I sent it to M 6 Cinnaught place branch at New Delhi through my office assistant. He was given a lost of documents to arrange to enable them to activate the new sim . Can u explain why should I need to offer documents for an existing old customer for replacing a defective sim which is again due to inferior service of Airtel ? Till date after nearly 60 hours, my sim [protected] is not activated. The manager of the showroom Mr Rohit & his assistant Miss Yogita have given the worst service ever faced by me in my 55 years of existence.They both did not have the decency to take my numerous calls too. I am writing to all newspapers & filing a case in Consumer court tomorrow. Was this information helpful? | |||
