Airtel — request for refund - advance for broadband connection paid online | |||
I had placed a request for broadband connection and paid inr 500 online for the same. 10 days later after several follow ups i was told that the connection is not possible in my locality. I was asked to claim refund online from airtels website. Now when i am adding my details the website is showing my airtel number as invalid. Please let me know how can i claim this refund.
