Airtel — request for refund for a failed transaction | |||
This in in regard to a recharge done online from the airtel website in the month on december[protected] of rs. 448. Its sad how a company of your bandwidth is waiting for customers to claim their refunds. Its been about 3 months that i have received my refund for a failed transaction that i was charged for. Pfa my email correspondence. Its disappointing that i have been asked to do go to my bank and ask the refund from them, illogical isnt it? Hope to receive my refund at the earliest.
