[Resolved] Airtel — Request to change wifi router to VDSL modem type on 08.04.2017 | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I am using Broadband from Airtel. Presently, existing wifi not working properly. Request complaint to Airtel to change it to VDSL modem type on 08.04.2017 along with change in plan to 899/- per month from 1199/- per month. After that I received call many times from airtel customer care for asking time to solve the problem. But, finally nobody came till today. Contacted so many time to customer care, every time assuring to the problem to solve within 24 hours. But till now not solved. They already confirmed two days before that modem is available last week. But, no action till now. Please help me to solve the problem. Thanking you.
