Airtel — requesting to add channels | |||
I am sony thekkethil and my airtel customer id is [protected]. I tried a lot to add some channels to my exising package. I even called customer care and tried through airtel app. But nothing has worked out. They are very hesistate to send reply to my emails and not doing what we request. We called cutomer care people and when we get option to talk to them its get disconnect. And when we tried through airtel app the sent reference id and messeges as it will be activate shortly. Now half day passed but its not processed. Realy we are very greedy to their service and its first time we face this much problem from airtel dth company. Was this information helpful? | |||
