[Resolved]  Airtel — Required a reason for sudden documentation submission

I have received an text stating your service will be stopped from so and so date and mentioned documents to be submitted in the Airtel store.
1. In the store no one can able to tell what is the reason to block out going call also why suddenly requested for document submission.
2. Either customer care support can help me with the reason.
i havent asked for new sim or reported any issue since why all of sudden asking for documents to be submitted and stopped out going calls and text msgs?
is anyone recently asked new sim? as you can see many fraud happening customer have all right to know the reason where Airtel not even supporting as well none of them aware or knowledge to check necessary detail.
i think its better to get education and training on basic thing.
hope Airtel or outsider trying for some fraud and if i find duplicate sim issues or new sim issued in my name to someone else Airtel is all responsible. your irresponsibility causing me loss from 1 day and you have to fill that.

After 5 days they have removed service and asking to buy new sim as they can eat my 1 year plan money and such a worst service provider

its been 3 rd day where i am calling and e mail to customer support.
they dont even have basic knowledge to check necessary details. its been 2 days+ where i have submitted the documents to store and till now service not given.
is really you guys submitted the documents are misusing it or put it in dust bin. looking at customer care behavior and store employees anything can happen.
change the name wecare to we dont care. i have sent e mail to we care 121 e mail and nodal officer still wecare and 121 send separate e mails stating connect to 121 as wecare dont look in to this issue same with 121. they just playing a dirty game.
