Airtel — retailer service

i am a existing postpaid user of airtel, my no is [protected], and i have gone through your retailer to change my plan to CUG and your representative has converted my post to prepaid and now i am help less to get again post paid as he is not responding any way.his name is Javed and airtel office address is Tandalja-sunpharma road near SBI.

I am not able to use service due to prepaid conversion.
