Airtel — return of my security deposit money

I rajib lochan banerjee want to port my number from idea to airtel, so i deposit rs-300/- as security deposit to the rashbehari office airtel store, the cash collector name is debasish banerjee, cash receipt serial number is - klpao37918. I deposit the money 3 months before, but till dated my connection not start. I don't know why, but i submit all my documents, now i decide i never port to airtel.
