[Resolved] Airtel — Ridiculous overbilling | |||
23/8/16 customer id [protected] ph no. [protected] rashid parvez hav been using airtel since 1st of this month... i was informed that my plan will be postpaid of rs666..and i ll get 1 gb data usage...i make aroung 5 to 6 short calls per day..and very less internet usage.. yesterday i got an sms stating my bill has exceeded d credit limit i.e 1000, and my bill is 1200...i hav been getting similar messages since 10 days now..and in every sms the amount changes..1st it was 1200 den after 2 days it was 1500..den it came down to 1100 and now its back to 1500...hws dis possible.. furthermore on visiting one of the airtel outlets regarding the DEACTIVATION of my sim 2day..i was informed i hav to pay 2500 for reactivation...am speechless at their behaviour...dats really silly...
