Airtel — ridiculous service | |
I have been trying to call[protected] which is a number to my medical insurance company. It never ever gets connected - courtesy airtel. There is an ivr that keeps saying its a chargeable number. Please visit www.airtel.in for the charges. When i visit the page, i don't see anything. When i call the airtel customer care, they give very lame response - "it may be a network problem. Restart your phone. The issue will be resolved in 4 days". Here is the complaint number i received - is[protected]. Does airtel think we customers are fools that we buy into such weird responses? What's the problem with airtel? Why do they have to disconnect the call to this number? I have heard the ivr saying that it's chargeable which is acceptable to me coz i need to make an urgent call but then airtel decides who i should talk to - right? Can airtel please work in improving services rather creating a horrible experience for a loyal customer? Was this information helpful? | |
