Dear sir, I had applied for national mobile number portability-in at airtel office vapi Gujarat with valid UPC no & documents, as you know MNP proceeding time is 7days.during this period i got two sms 1 from AG-AIRFTA Your request for porting the 827xxxxxxx to airtel has been received. 2 from AB-AIRRTV Dear Customer, validation of your documents for porting your mobile no [protected] to airtel could not be completed successfully. For more details, contact your point of sale from where the connection was taken or the nearest airtel store. when I show this sms to airtel executive she said there is no matter... your no. Will be port in. Be relax. But after 7 days her statement was same... And now after 13 days she refused to provide port in facility & saying I can't do anything, now she says come from 1st step even after 13 days without any hesitation her behavior was so rudely ...so Plz take action...
