On 10/09/2016 i paid an amount of Rs.1499/- through the airtel app to activate the new scheme of
" Benefit: Instant 1GB 3G/4G 28 days and get 1GB 3G/4G 28 days @just Rs.53/- and 5GB 3G/4G 28 days @ Rs.255 for 1 year" ( Please refer photo proof No.1 attached.
After making the payment, I received a message from the app that not able to process the payment. I genuinely felt that no money has been taken from my bank account. But to my shock i found through my bank account that the transaction was successful and the airtel has taken away my money of Rs.1499/- from my bank account ( Please refer My photo proof No.2 attached hereunder).
Without knowing that the airtel has taken my amount, I tried to make another payment through the PAYTM app. I was notified by the paytm that the airtel rejected to accept the said payment and further I received a notification from paytm that my money is refilled on my paytm wallet (Please refer my photo proof No.3 attached hereunder)
As such for nothing my hard earned money of Rs.1499/-stuck with Airtel and another amount of Rs.1499/- got stuck with paytm wallet.
I request the concerned to sort out this issue and refund my both payments back to my Bank account.

Airtel has at last refunded the amount of Rs.1499/-
