Airtel — RS.50 and Rs.85 not credited to my account

How people believe Airtel if you have done like this

alomost one month is passing

the above money two spells not credited to my account

whether anybody believe INB BHARTI AIRTEL

If not recharged, they should have returned atleast one week.

My case one month passed they have not returned/credited to my account.
