[Resolved]  Airtel — Rude and False commitment and pathetic way of talking to customers

Hi, Respected AIRTEL Team, My self Amit Sinha and this is very embarrassing and sad to inform you that today i am fix in very critical condition. this is a complain from my side to your relevant store person.On Saturday in evening i was purchase a new prepaid connection on 15th FEB 2014, on that day the person who was sitting over there he told me that up to 10 PM your number will be activated and you also got the 200 rs/- talk time at same time then i came back and wait for activation and up to 8:30 PM my no got activated but balance was not in number, so i worried about balance then i wait for balance up to Monday full day.still i not received any balance so then after next day i reach up to same Airtel outlet and talk to the person then he told me that by mistake he haven't balance in his cell so he recharge within 1 hour so just listen and come back home. Now again i wait the whole day no any balance were come in my account, so now i feel so embarrass and also for few moment i also got angry to the concern person.this number i purchase for my mom and at the same day my mom wants to call in family member so in emergency base i recharged on the same new number of 50 rs/- + tariff of 65 rs/-which reduce the call rate of 40paisa/mint.Still i haven't got any balance from store person side however he takes me 225 rs/- for new connection and told that you will got 200 rs/- of balance.Now to complain about the whole concern i again reach the same store and met with same person now he told me that i am very sure that i have recharged on number so kindly go and check the message details and inform me back, so when i came back home and i check sms the i got that i received 3 messages which says that recharge not successful with 2 transaction id- ([protected]/[protected]), so i inform the same thing now he told me that i forgot to told you that don't recharge on your number from any ware otherwise this 200 amount you not able to received, so up to here i reached continuously 2 days by quieting 1 hour before from my office to talk and resolve for my concern to Airtel store.Now when i say that after waiting for long time at least 72 hrs, when i have same emergency then i recharge then he told me that don't worry, take another Sim card and now this time i recharge on that number and you no need to pay any more just you need to submit the id proof once again but in previous number now it is not possible.but my concern is that as simple as if i am already purchase a number and also distribute in all family members why again i purchase the number just because i wait and also got panic feel embarrassing, is this a Airtel services when i told that i am going to complain for this concern then he said me that you cannot do any thing because if i got any call regarding this concern.i just say that i have verbal proof with me and and will tell them that i have inform each and every thing and i also recharged on the same number, but customer is not agree. so simple . Now my question is that is this a way to deal with a customer or handling or treating the customer with lot of panic--his name i don't know but contact no is -[protected].After that today when i call for complain on customer care from my no which is [protected] and try to talk with agent then he also talk in very pathetic way and also disconnect the call 3 times i have recorded call with me kindly resolve my concern with balance and also follow up with customer care agent i am going to attached the complete recorded call with Airtel store address which is in my location...RZ-77C, Vaishali Palam, Dabri Road New Delhi-110045...My new number is --([protected]) . See i am not a VIP Customer for you as well for any body i am just a simple and normal private working person with very low salary in just 5 figure in seance-12000/-PM.Please this a humble request that please take as a high priority base. my office working time is 9:30 AM- 7:30 PM so on sat & SUN i am always free so for any confirmation i am not able to receive your call because of i don't allow to pick the call in office premisses...i am waiting for your best response... sorry sir but i going to send and use the first time this step in my life so all proof i have as a verbel so i don't have any photo proof...give me any other option to attache the audeo clip...
