[Resolved] Airtel — Rude behavior from customer care representatives, and not resolving my complaint even after repetitive reminders | |||||
I have been following up with the airtel customer care, from past 1 month, regarding the up-gradation of plan on my existing number, Plan details- Current plan on my number - 349 Rs (unlimited calling + 1gb data for a month) Plan currently given by airtel to other customers - 349 Rs (unlimited calling + 28gb data for a month) I have repeatedly raised a request/complaint with the customer care executives, and also via twitter and facebook... but every time they keep saying, we have taken your complaoin, and the service will be updated on your number within 2-3 working days. Its over a month, but still my complaint has not been resolved, and many times some customer care executives, are rude enough to say, if you are not happy with your existing plan, you can port out to other operators. I am tired of complaining with the airtel customer care department, but nothing has been done. Taking help of this forum, so that, they upgrade the services on my number as well (services which they are claiming that it is for all the customers).
