Dear Sir / Madam,
I am a registered Airtel digital TV subscriber and my mobile number attached to it is [protected]. I understand that Airtel TV is facing issues for the past 2 days.
But still today I am waiting patiently speaking to their executives and following up the situation. But today when I tried to call the executives as the problem still exists, the response I got is very bad and with no proper reason the executive is demanding money to rectify the issue.
When I asked the reference number, she tried to put the call on hold and tried to avoid. Only after waiting for long time, I was forwarded to 2 other persons and finally the escalation team, where I got the reference number.

Executive name : Renu Singh
Escalation team : Aditya
I am very much unhappy with this kind of behavior given by Airtel. Kindly help me in this regard.
