Airtel — Rude behaviour and unprofessional behaviour by Airtel bank customer executive on call

I tried to add money in my Airtel wallet but money got deducted from my bank account but it was not reflecting in my Airtel wallet. So to raise this complain and asking for resolution I called Airtel banks customer care number 400 the response I got from the executives was extremely extremely rude and unprofessional. It felt like they just didn't wanted to help, they just kept giving me excuses and were asking me to call back after 1 hour. When I told them that I'm your customer and you are service provider if you can not help right now you should give a call back. The executives rudely replied that you came to Airtel bank, bank did not came to you asked you to deposit money. So you only will give call back to us after one hour. And disconnected the call while I was still talking.
