Airtel — rude behaviour of customer executives | |
My airtel digital tv id no.[protected] was recharged for rs.357/- by using my netbanking facility on 24th june 2018, the very next day they have suspended my account. On seeing this, i called the customer care exceutive to know the details, they intentionally disconnect the the line without giving proper reply, again called them and hold about 20 minutes to attend the customer rep and finally one replied me that your recharged amount wrongly credited some unknown pack and recharge again to watch the channel, he also disconnect the line. Again i called them wasting my 45 minutes one customer rep on line told, the amount wrongly credited will be refunded within 24 hours,. Today is 28th june 2018 and today evening i tried several times, to call a rep but they disconnecting the line intentionally for not giving the reply. Kindly find the reason why these people are doing like this and take proper action against them Was this information helpful? | |
