Airtel — safe custody of postpaid number | |||
Sir, I am an airtel customer using a family plan with [protected] as primary number and [protected] as secondary. Last month i have approached an airtel store in tarnaka hyderabad to have both my postpaid numbers kept in safe custody for 6 months as i was travelling abroad. I met your customer representative rahul (His phone number - [protected]) and requested him to keep my two numbers in safe custody for 6 months. He has locked my secondary number but couldn't do the same for my primary number. He citied a technical difficulty and promised to rectify it the very next day. As i was travelling the next day, he suggested that i pay my safety custody charges for both the phones in advance. As per his advise i have paid in advance rs1200/- towards bill payment and for safe custody charges of rs50/- per month for six months. This was on 29th june. Till date he has not kept my number in safe custody. He did give his number for contacting him through whats app sms. After my coming i did remind him to keep the number in safe custody but he did not do it till date and now i have received a bill for full amount of the family plan for the month of august. As per your rep rahul's suggesstion i have contacted one of your toll free numbers. The information given by the person from the toll free number is totally contradicting the information rahul had provided me. Both insisted that they gave the right information. By this time i was really fed up with the misleading information and service. So when i received an sms from your office for feedback regarding my experience and i have given a negative feedback in regards to the misleading service provided. I had faith in your feedback system and thought that my voice will be heard and someone will help me with my issue. Instead rahul took it personally and declined to help me any further. Please look into the matter and have my number [protected] put into safe custody. Hoping for a quick response and solution. P. S - i have attached the screenshots of my chat with rahul (How he had refused to service and not replying to my messages since then in spite of charging money beforehand.) Thank you! My last payment date 10.05.2019 and settled and closed the mobile no.
