[Resolved] Airtel — Scam - airtel follo celebrities service has automatically money deducted | |||
My airtel balance got deducted a week back and i got a message regarding the same that follo service has been activated. Since i was bit busy i dint had a chance to raise this up with network so a week later when i contacted them they had no idea about this service except the name.. They blantly said that i have opted this service while using net and airtel has no control over this and any third party can use airtel balance for the pop up services they give which is such a stupid answer allowing scams through airtel network and still they say it s a open network.. Customer care have no courtesy of knowledge about this issue and they treat the callers like a uneductated and have in turn they say we don't understand their explanations which are basically illological and mere stupidity..
