[Resolved] Airtel — Scam by airtel | |||||
Airtel India has started doing scams . They called me and told me that my Internet balance is less and I should get a recharge of Rs 99 in which I will be getting 800mb of data and my validity will remain the same . I said yes to it but soon I received a message which says that I will receive a 300mb of data and the validity of 10 days . I already had the data balance of 500 MB before . When I called the airtel customer care they told me that our executive will never say that and they will not cancel the charge. As it is my fault that I did not record the call.
