[Resolved] Airtel — Scam of new airtel broadband connection | |||||
I have applied for Airtel Broadband Connection for using Internet at my office twice both the times money has been deducted from Airtel but till now they are unable to provide connection neither credit back my money. Trying to call the sales person but he is not responding, called his team team lead no respond, called customer care requested to sort this issue but no help provided either. I am enclosing two receipt of payment deducted, both the time sales team came to my office showed plan full of offer and had technical check after that deduction of money. 1. Was connection provided or money got refunded? I am also victim of same scame. Paid money to http://www.airtel.in/payonline/ with transaction id[protected] and CAF number 80118060. Mobile [protected]. No proper answer by them and neither money returned.
