Airtel Secure — airtel secure cheated against my phone damaged complaint no # 3469877

I have been cheated by airtel secure. I have taken the secure plan only to make my device secure and safer. But as today when i required claim against my damaged phone. The airtel secure has declined my request no 3469877 for repairing it. As per them they had declined my request due to improper handling. I have always kept my phone with lot of care and still paying very hard for the installments to airtel. I don`t have a way left to get my phone repaired. The phone is not in position to use it anymore. The only way is left that i had to borough the money from someone and bear the cost and get it repaired by my own expenses but i am not in position to pay the installments to airtel. This is really a cheating.
