Airtel Secure — airtel secure is fake insurance just to allure customers

My claim is rejected on the ground of improper phone handling. What a rubbish reason to deny a customer for insurance claim. Nobody keeps the phone in locker so that it remains safe. The whole purpose of having an insurance is that we are protected incase of improper handling.

Moreover its not 100 percent expense covered insurance which means customer has to pay the repair amount as well.in such a case customer won't deliberately misuse.

Had i known this plan is just for promotional purpose and no real insurance can be claimed i would have taken a sensible insurance plan available in market. Its just matter of 1000bucks an year. But airtel trapped me and now i am stuck with these cheaters.
