During the registration process of airtel secure, i was informed by airtel's customer representative that claim can be lodged within 15 days of damage.
There was a clear misrepresentation of facts made by airtel customer support team
My claim has been rejected basis late intimation of claim.
I lodged the claim within 3 days of damage
