Sir,
I have insured my new mob hand-set insurance form airtel secure under my postpaid connection mob number [protected].

When my bike met with accident and i am intimate my mob claim by my airtel app.

Due to old version of my airtel app. I am not able to uplode my documents my airtel app not supporting.

Then i am visit airtel store and discuss my problem they check and re-install my airtel app. Then i am able to upload my docs in app. And im intimate my calim under airtel employee supervision.

But claim team further not process my claim due to late intimation after48 hours please go through the matter personally and do the needful immediately.
