Dear sir/ madam,

It is really disappointing that airtel company & its insurer rejected my claim for damaged mobile.
I request you to look into the matter with airtel secure & just not let them allow this way to decide the case is genuine or not. Otherwise airtel image & trust for customer is on stake. For customer like me who had been with airtel since last 15 year it is truly a breach of trust.in this hope you understand the customer plea, i write this to escalate to airtel team & also insurance company.

Before i filed this case to airtel secure i narrate all the incident to airtel team - vadodara office (Op road) & according to them the case was genuine & they suggested to write this true incident as your case is genuine.. Not a negligence but an accident so it would not be rejected... Often i heard that people write a story to make the claim genuine but this is not in my ethics so my polite request is to revisite the case with insurance company in good ground and fight atleast for genuine case & for the favor of customer as the service with your insurance partner is not for free for airtel.. I am sure that the airtel is paying the insurance company some premium so they have all rights to escalate & re discuss the genuine case.

I try to fill the form at my airtel app.. After completing the form i am not able upload the documents as the button to upload documents are disable in my airtel app. I visited your store at vadodara office to consult this problem but they didn't find the solution.. Therefore i would like to know how to proceed now. Could you please help me.

Mean while i am sending you all the documents requested by email. I would be grateful to you if on my behalf you can register this claim. i am also furnishing details that i filled online form

Dear sir/ madam,
This is to inform you that yesterday, i accidently got damage my handset. Yesterday evening at around 7 o clock when i parked my car after return from market & as soon as i came out of the car my handset slipped from my pocket & fall on the road. it was all of sudden i could not guess how it got slipped. Initially i thought that the phone is safe but when i pickup my phone i found that screen was already damage. It seems the handset fall on the road & hit from one edge that cause this damage. I attached pictures of phone as requested together with my purchase invoice & details of my handset. I request you to kindly consider my claim for your earliest procession. Thank you.

In addition, please in my understanding accidental that means 'happening by chance, unintentionally, or unexpectedly'. Your insurance company have denied my claim stating it was improper handling. I have been using this phone for over 10 months & definitely know how to handle the phone. I wouldn't want to knock my phone off my pocket & beg you guys to honor the claim that is advertised. Never have you mentioned that phone that fell down from pocket is not covered & i need to be in a near death situation to be termed it as accidental damage.

I would request that this isn't improper handling & was an accident due to which the phone fell down. I request you to honor the airtel secure policy. If this can't be reconsidered or repaired within the policy please let me know. I would like to proceed with the required further steps. Thanks

As requested airtel shall play active role to deal with insurance company to justify the genuine case. I want airtel to either honor it or i am ready to file a case against them. It's not the money that matters but as a company with such huge brand value that is cheating people with their false advertising.
