Airtel Secure — regarding broken / damaged screen of handset samsung mobile model sm-g950fd (s8) | |||||
On 07.04.2018 when i was alighting from car, the aforesaid handset mobile fell down all of a sudden, despite my best efforts to save the same, as a result of which one corner of the glass screen of the handset got damaged. The said broken portion is posing great problem in proper usage besides giving a very bad look and as such i am not able to properly utilise the said handset. However despite several attempts and after getting help i succeeded in lodging complaint sr-no.3067885 and uploading the requisite documents, with a hope to get immediate relief and indemnity from your end. Thereafter 11.04.2018 i received a call from your representative who after seeking complete information orally, despite having full details and particulars and advised me that i should again lodge complaint and in order to get immediate relief and further advised me to write specific wording suggested by him in the complaint and to again do the needful. But thereafter i had received an e-mail to the effect that his claim case has been closed due to improper_handling of the handset. Please be note of that i had never improperly handled my handset rather the same is always kept with proper care and moreover there is tumi leather cover installed on my handset which was bought by me from the samsung store itself and said cover costed me about rs.3500.00. So you are requested to settle my claim as soon as possible as i have also got my finger punctured while trying to receive a call. Was this information helpful? | |||||
