Airtel — Seek Compensation against unethical service (4G Connection No. [protected]) | |||
Refer my Complaint Docket No.[protected] dated 15.4.2015, Online Complaint No.OT[protected] dated 21.4.2015 & OT[protected] dated 22.4.2015, raised against unusual data usage statistics against my Airtel 4G data connection (Dongle). Every time I was informed by airtel support team that there has been no error at Airtel's end and in case of dispute the same can only be addressed & resolved after generation of Bill. In the mean time from 21st April 2015 the download speed of my connection was throttled & reduced to about 100 kids, and I was informed that since I have consumed my total 10GB monthly quota hence the throttling was done. But I refused to accept and challenged them for showing statistics. Finally when bill was generated it showed that I have only consumed only 4.3GB against my monthly quota of 10GB. On the basis of this I have realised an online Complaint video docket no. OT[protected] dated 28.4.2015 asking me to compensate against my loss but neither it has not been answered nor I got any phone call. Was this information helpful? | |||
