Airtel — sending duplicate products in new box | |||||
I ordered new set top box, they sent a local dealer with open seal box. After he installed everything i checked the remote and found it a very duplicate. My assumption got sure, when i saw the logo it was not the correct airtel logo. I contacted many people from customer care to local dealer, every one says this is a genuine product. No one even bothered to check the remote once and logo printed on the remote. Please check the attached logo from original logo provided on website and other resources.
