I, sunita saxena has a postpaid no.-[protected]. I had cleared all my bills till aug. 2017. After that, due to high bills, i had asked my nearest airtel store to convert my sim from postpaid to prepaid. They told me to wait for return call from airtel. But nobody called and when i went back to airtel store, no one listened to my request. Then i complained on airtel website but there was no response. I have been requesting since 2 months but no one has listened. Now they have sent a bill of rs. 2729 though you have already stopped incoming and outgoing services on my no. Since 24th oct 2017. I would like airtel to waive my bill amount and convert our sim to prepaid. Was this information helpful? | |||
