Airtel — Service activation delay

My name is vikash kumar from sitamarhi district at bihar . I have purchased airtel xtream fibre 40mbps plan through agent registered at the name of ANITA VERMA . They installed the system at my home on[protected] at kumar chowk sitamarhi. But from[protected] till today there is no network at all . I am facing problem from the begining . There is no response from any of higher authority too. I Contacted at patna office from MR. MUKESH (CONT- [protected]) . But there is no positive response at all. This is totally beyond expectation from airtel sales and service. Please make us sure who is responsible for this mental harassment from three days . Either resolve this or initiate my refund . I am totally disappointed from this service from airtel . ...
