Subject: I have mailed my complaint (Withdrawal of service) to concern company (Airtel) on many occassion but the same have not been resolved so far..in my complaint i brought to their notice that as per commitment of your representative, my bill was to charged half of the my plan amount for the six month that is upto july 2017. Since they did not fulfilled their commitment, it was requested that please close my service on[protected] from today i. E. 19.06.2017 itself... But the same has not yet been resolved...
