Airtel — Service Barred from April 1st week - Requested for relocation

Hi, This is Pavan I have requested for relocation of my broadband connection from my previous house to recently moved location( I have already submitted the recent address details). I have raised a request with customer care. My req no is 54986026. The problem is not resolved. I recently received a bill even though I'm not using the service for more than a month. I'm not sure on how this billing works. I'm not at all happywith the services provided by Airtel.

Thanks for the quick response. However, I have raised a request almost a month before and still the Airtel team did not got some time to get in touch with me to resolve the issue.
