Airtel — service deactivated without informing

Since One week whenever I receive call from some number its saved in my phone book or not it come as UNKNOWN number and I was thinking there is some problem with my I Phone so I went to Apple I Store and speaking to there call center also wasting my time and Money and last option they suggested to me to change my SIM which I did yesterday, But then also the problem was not solved so I put some other Mobile No SIM in I Phon Handset then number were flashing and when I put my sim in other Hand set again same problem I have been calling Airtel premium Customer care but they are just putting the phone on hold and giving assurance it will be resolved in half hour but not providing solution they are my interaction my first interaction ID is [protected] and last ID [protected] dated 10/2/15
