Airtel — service delay action & ignorance | |||
Dear sir, Since my airtel digital tv set off box fails to give a signal (I. E,. It shows red light instead of giving a green signal). False communications done by airtel customer care executives: 1) so, we made a complaint regarding it with airtel digital tv customer care on saturday to close such issues but on sunday i received from one among the airtel employee stating that by 13.00pm on sunday we will report you in your area to close such issues but never happened on the day. 2) when i inquired over phone regarding complaint mail id they provided [protected]@in. Airtel.in (Which is bouncing back). We made complaint again through by mail to [protected]@airtel.com and over telecom. We received technical person mr. Sathish to rescue the fault on 05/11/2018 with ref no.82402160. We found after his service only the sun tv is telecasting. We disappointed only with that channel for the whole day on 06/11/2018 then we made complaint and spoken with madam pallavi (Cce) regarding the issues happened. She promised me to close this telecasting issues by the day. She also given a assurance of sending me the reference no. To my mail id but my efforts all put me in vain. Now, am ready to disconnect the airtel digital tv. Kindly arrange some technician to uninstall the connection and please refund our recharge amount made for six months. Note: i never received any reference no. For the complaint made on 06th nov 2018. I ever expect such worst service from airtel Complaint details are as follows: Airtel digital tv id:[protected] Tv disconnected on :03/11/2018 saturday Complaint status : not visited as on date and given false communication. The customer care officer leaked my information someone which always my locked sim card reported my sim card stolen.He was second time blocked my sim card. He was abused me that boy work in customer care office of Airtel
