Dear concern,
I've paid my postpaid bill amount of 430 INR on 22nd of July and payment Txn id is 686303. This was not updated to my mobile number and i've made several calls and registered several complaints with customer care.
Complaint Ref. Numbers are 57315474, 57426503, 56996836, etc.
Interaction ID [protected], [protected], etc
They told me that the amount is updated in my parent account and i don't need to panic but today my service is disconnected and i'm not able to make any calls due to which i had a huge loss in my business. Please do the needful.
