Airtel — service not available

I have ported my mobile number from aircel to airtel on 21st april but still no service available i am missing my business calls due to this issue and also i can't able to receive any text messages only tower is showing but service is still not available because of this issue i was missing many important call please clear it asap.

Hi, my mobile no is[protected] i recharge it day before yesterday with 149 prepaid unlimited calls etc, & trasaction id is [protected] but cant get my balance & i tried to call from yesterday onward but they dont respond well.. please solve it asap
