Dear sir,
I have received a call from [protected] of airtel executive officer. He told me to recharge my airtel dth of a amount of 1349 and my benefit will be all bengali channels and cartoons and many more. As his talking i want to confirm it so i call airtel customer care executive and he also says the same. So that i have done this recharge and the tv is shows for some minutes and after that it is off. Now i call of the executive and he says that the package do not have any bengali channel. Give me a proper solution as soon as possible. My digitaltv id is [protected] and mobile [protected]. This matter is not acceptable.
