Airtel — service provider poor response | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, For the last one week I m unable to send any SMS( mobile no. [protected]). I have lodge a complaint on constumer care 4 times each time they issued one reference no and told it will start working in 4 hrs. Just you have to switch off and on your mobile. I have done this 4 time but the problem not yet resolved. The reference no are attached below. In my last conversation they transfer my call to one higher person she told me that the problem will be resolved in 48hrs, it is due to some technical issues. If they can not resolve the issue then give us the proper feedback. Request you to please look into the matter and resolved my issue. Below reference no.
