Airtel — services barred 3 days after bill payment. | |
I paid my bill on 24th July and services were working and out of nowhere, today on 27th July, my services were barred and when I called CUSTOMER CARE they told me that i havenât paid my bill when I told them to recheck as I have paid my bill. They apologized and said they will resume the services and after few hours when i called them again they told me that the services are activated. Then I waited a few more hours and called them again and this time the agent on the other end said services are barred. WTF!! I missed an important meeting because of this and now they are saying that I need to go to airtel store to get it unbarred. I travel a lot and attend a lot of meetings. I dont have time for ### like this especially when I already paid my bill. i am gonna port out as soon as I get network in my sim Was this information helpful? | |
