Airtel Services — Cut off from Main balance even after activating Whatsapp 38 plan 200MB | |||||
This Pavan from HYD, Airtel number [protected] called Airtel helpline on 22nd Sept 2015 around 9.15 AM Got the reference number : CBDMO[protected] Explained the situation to the Representative named (Mani Kanta) that the balance is cutting off from main balance even though Whatsapp 38 plan 200MB is activated. The bloody rep (Mani Kanta was so rude). When asked to connect Supervisor for almost 5 times - he just say, there is no Supervisor available. He does not have a concern about customer issue. When informed that I will complain about the call, he just say go ahead - I have provided the correct information and do whatever you can do. This not about the 38 rupees, Airtel is very good service. Because of Manikanta I was forced to write this complaint.
