Airtel — Services not being provided at committed rates | |||
Ave 2 Airtel connections since long ( [protected] & 9650...) with an average monthly billing of around Rs 2000 each. Had called up the customer care at 121 on 20th June for an upgrade of data package from 3 GB to 5 GB. It was assured by the executive that there is an offer of the 5GB plan at Rs 700 which was accepted at my end. I just received an alert today that my 3 gb has expired and the data usage would now be charged at applicable rates. Called up the customer care to find out on why the plan has not been upgraded last month and the reply was that the executive did a mistake and I was told that they would update it this month but the charges would be Rs 850 per month as the old plan does not exist now. Have raised a email complaint with the Nodal officer as well but no reply from that end also since morning. Was this information helpful? | |||
