Airtel — services - very poor voice and data services (simply worst)

I don’t have a words to tell about Airtel people stories since those are never ending.

I am a customer of Airtel from Benglore city, I am facing coverage issues from 2nd October 2017 and till now it din’t resolved.

Coming to the story, I spoke with Customer care regarding coverage issue on Oct 2017, Airtel did physical survey and they said we need to plan a new tower in our area and it might take 90 days of time. So I believed Airtel and even I paid postpaid bill without usage of network. Earlier we had only indoor issues but now I am facing both indoor and outdoor issues simply its a worst now.

As per the Airtel they said 90days of time to fix this issue and now it took 200 days but till now it din’t resolve.

And Coming to the Airtel care executive stories, they always says lies first thing what ever you ask we doesn’t have that information sorry answer we will get, If ask to transfer your floor manager and senior executives they said they are not avail. I think they don’t work, since 20hours in a day they won’t avail to speak with customers. If you ask any thing more to the executives they doesn’t have answers and will take 48 hours to update please call after 48 hours and if I call after 48 hours same story repeats… Its a never ended recursion story from last 200 days.

Finally one good day by god grace I found one sr.executive to speak, I asked same question when ever I call customer care i.e. how many days do you need to resolve the issue since I wanted to go with temporary solution for time being but I received the same answer- sorry sir my team still it is working hard…. I asked you people doesn’t have any deadline to work because from last 200days you people are saying same answer. And I don’t understand that even they doesn’t have a common sense to get that information from other teams since am keep on calling for that information only.
And Sr. Executive said, we will take high priority and will get back to you by calling from our side after 48 hours(I spoke on 6th April 2017) reg. how much time need to fix the issue, now 240 hours gone no update received.

I have four Airtel Connections at home, And because of their wrong promises I paid postpaid bills and I purchased hotspot I recharged that sim as well. And airtel never provide proper service but they will follow the rules if it belonging to their sides. For example if I won’t recharge my hotspot number (since no signal getting right), they will block the SIM card and deactivate the 4g services. I faced this issue earlier. To reactivate the service I need to call customer care again.

I din’t understand, what airtel higher grade people are doing without check the teams, I understood that there are no followups, no priorities, no feedback checkups. since as per the airtel to resolve the issue 90days but 200 days also not resolved, I don’t know what they are working….

I don’t know what to do .… please help me
