[Resolved] Airtel — Set of box technical problem | |||
I have got Airtel DTH Connection vide ID No.[protected], 3years back and renewed regularly. It is renewed upto 22 Oct 2014. My set of box getting some technical problem by which TV screen get off for every 10 to 15 minuts sometimes for every 5 minuts it repeats and come back with Airtel DTH home channel and every time I want to change my previous required channel. I reported to Airtel DTH service center on line on 1-9-2014 and 6-9-2014 about my problem and they accepted accordingly & given a reply that their staff will come and rectify my problem shortly. I requested them to send a technician who can replace a set of box, which I got from my son who changed to an another DTH service and the same Airtel set of box is in working condition. a I added to replace it and get activated according to their DTH services. 12 days have been passed away but no response from them. Kindly take necessary steps and solve my problem at the earliest...customer. Was this information helpful? | |||
