[Resolved] Airtel — Set top box damaged by visited engineer: [protected] | |||
My airtel connectivity was very poor and signals are very weak in the night. I asked service provider to check it because we are paying for all channel and utilising a few. During the day time engineer was visited and found the all channel are working. But he start doing something with set top box and cables. Finally set top box stopped working and he said pl pay Rs 500/- and get new one. I said you have damaged so why I should pay. In this regards 2-3 times customer care people called and enforced me to pay Rs 500/- for new set top box. I said I do not going to pay a single Rs. Because this problem is arose by your engineer.
